1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
ReLifted reserves the right to delay or cancel orders due to:
- Payment verification
- Suspected fraud
- Stock issues
- Incorrect shipping information
2. UK SHIPPING
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted courier services.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (if selected at checkout)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to selected countries.
International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for:
- Import duties

ReLifted is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or international courier services.
4. SHIPPING COSTS

5. TRACKING INFORMATION

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
ReLifted is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before redelivery can be arranged.
7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
ReLifted is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier services
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Delivery delays due to weather, strikes, customs, or other circumstances outside our control
If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us at relifted1@gmail.com and we will assist you in opening a courier investigation where possible.
8. FAILED DELIVERY & RETURNED PARCELS
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refused delivery
- Failure to collect from a pickup point
- Unpaid customs fees
We may deduct original shipping costs and any return fees from your refund.
9. PRE-ORDERS & SPECIAL RELEASES
Items sold as pre-orders or special releases may have extended processing and shipping times.
