All products sold by ReLifted are guaranteed authentic unless explicitly stated otherwise.

- Packaging conditions may vary slightly
- Products may include original retailer tags, stickers, or markings
We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer.
4. PRODUCT CONDITION
Unless stated otherwise, all products are:
- Brand new
- Unworn
- Sold in original packaging
Any defects, damage, or missing accessories will be clearly disclosed in the product description.
5. ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of:
- Fraudulent activity
- Unauthorized resale
- Chargeback abuse
- Use of bots or automated purchasing methods
If your order is cancelled after payment is received, you will be refunded in full.

7. SHIPPING

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is marked delivered by the courier.
8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of limited-release and resale products, all sales are generally final.
We only accept returns if:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item is significantly not as described
- The item arrives damaged
To request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery at relifted1@gmail.com.
Returned products must be:
- Unworn
- In original condition
- With original packaging and tags attached
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
10. REFUSED DELIVERIES & FAILED COLLECTIONS
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Refused delivery
- Failure to collect
- Failure to pay customs fees
We may deduct shipping and handling costs from any refund issued.
11. LIMITED RELEASES & EXCLUSIVE DROPS
For limited releases or exclusive drops:
- Purchases may be limited to one per customer/household
- Orders suspected of using bots or automated methods may be cancelled
- We reserve the right to cancel releases due to technical issues or stock discrepancies
All decisions regarding product releases are final.
12. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent account bans
- Collection action
- Legal proceedings where applicable
We reserve the right to submit evidence including shipment tracking, order confirmations, IP logs, and communication records.
